Art deco red & blue glass Tango Jug???

I think these are a mine field to attribute but decided to show for any
ideas i thought it maybe an Art Deco jug possibly Bohemian but not
to sure the red glass has a coating of clear glass on top of it with a well
polished pontil scar standing 7 inches tall thanks

The base with that polished pontil doesn't seem very indicative of Bohemian glass of that period to me, but what do others think?
