Okay, I will search further then ;)

And the glass set your referring to which says, ‘gilded montage of French origin’
would probably mean that the glass itself, (most likely design and end product as well)
are Harrach's but the mount was made in France.

Tea cups are fairly common if niche product made by many manufacturers. Is there much wear on the bases? The metal work looks to be in good condition (it also looks plated), judging from the photographs I would estimate late 20th century.

By way of example these Tsaikka glasses are by IIttala, a more 'minimalist' design from Timo Sarpaneva.
