French Opaline Perfume Bottle Charles X Jean-Baptiste Desvignes c1820

I hope I am right in thinking this is a French opaline glass perfume bottle by Jean-Baptiste Desvignes c1820.

A very light blue in colour enamelled and gilded. Matching number to base of stopper and base of bottle.
Height 3.75"
Weight 253gm
