Topic: Sklo type vase ?

Hi , this vase is 23 cm high and very heavy.It has a flat polished base with a sklo union type look but it maybe Yugoslavian or the like ? ,any thoughts on this fresh from the boot fair piece ,thanks .

Not Sklo Union as that refers to Czech pressed glass.
Can't help beyond that really I'm afraid, other than I'm getting a bit of a Japanese vibe, but that's just a hunch and not based on anything.
