Presentation cup.

10 inches tall, lots of wear, presented to a nurse Smith, Cottage Hospital, Sutton Coldfield. The stem has an old silver threepence dated 1911, Stevens and Williams made a number of these and as Sutton is not so far away could it be one of theirs ?  ;D

Just remember, the date on the coin must precede the date of manufacture of the cup.   ;D
