Folded Rim Glass Dish ID Help
« on: August 27, 2022, 04:46:05 PM »
Hello, this piece is marked on the base but a large proportion of the lettering is worn away. I can also see what appears to be a flag with letters in. Any ideas who this is made by? Thank you.

Looks like a logo of a cruise line rather than the maker.

That would make sense! It would be a really long maker name so I think you're right.

Magnor would be my bet for maker, assuming it was manufactured in Norway. I've seen quite a lot of Magnor with corporate branding over the years.

Cruise liners often did have glass marked for their company. :)
