Cut glass fruit bowl Intaglio cut birds & Rococo designs???

Wondered if anybody might recognize this design from a particular
manufacturer at all it seems to have been engraved in the Intaglio way and
then in the less smooth way, Mainly on the roundels with birds these are
different also. Can't see a mark yet but i will keep looking as they sometimes
appear in time. The bowl measures 9" x 4"
