Picked up what i think is a lovely old glass possibly from the Georgian Golden period
however as i have not handled many as i don't find them i have little experience in them.
It seems to be a bucket Bowl over a tall stem which has a central corkscrew zig zag, Which
has a 9 or 10 ply over it? The foot i think is nice and rises nicely to meet the stem. Stands 7"
tall plenty of wear on the extremities can any body help with what it might be date wise and
its type etc Thanks so much :)

 :o Lovely Jubbly.
How do these things survive in the numbers that they do?
They aren't the most robust items. Stocked it's a good one
will need to find a safe place for it to be seen safely now thank you
so much Dan

Yep, I concur 100% with Peter's comments. Very nice piece. It amazes me too, that these glasses survive as well as they do, in such relatively large numbers.
