 :)
Love those glasses i am a big glass fan also i think the first looks like a piece of
Baccarat Cameo early on in the 1900's i think not so sure on the other but might
be helpful on a base picture if possible to help. not 1005 on Baccarat but looks it..

could we have a clear close up of the pattern design on the bowl please and also one of the stem so the cutting/shape/design can be clearly seen?

They're very gorgeous glasses :)

Very difficult to tell from your photographs as they don't enlarge and aren't clear enough to see the acid etched pattern on the background or the details clearly enough.

I'd go for searching for Saint-Louis first on the top one maybe if it were mine - although I can't verify this, but the stem and way it's made looks very similar to this one:
https://www.cristalandcie.com/en/objet/wine-glass-hock-mikado-engraving-899-by-saint-louis

On the blue, I think I've seen the blue used by pieces attributed to Saint-Louis and paperweight's id'd as Baccarat.  However the notched stem and acid etched pattern is difficult and I'd be cautious of immediately thinking Baccarat.  I might try and investigate Val St. Lambert if that  were mine.

They do, but not large enough to see details.

You can post up to 125kb and that should enlarge sufficiently to see the details without losing clarity.

The blue goblet:

The gilded band device seen on the blue one can also be seen here:

https://leverreetlecristal.wordpress.com/tag/cristallerie-de-saint-louis/

And it does look as though it's very similar to the design on these glasses - Saint-Louis:
https://leverreetlecristal.files.wordpress.com/2020/03/56bf0-v1015.jpg

This set has a similar pattern and acid etched background and was sold as Saint-Louis:

http://www.cristal-de-france.fr/public/article.php?id1=1&id2=2&id3=1060&idart=1392

Also this ice bucket here has a similar pattern around the rim- apparently Modèle Thistle - this one called Modèle Thistle Or presumably because of the gilding?
https://www.antiquites-en-france.com/item/158059/seau-a-glace-cristal-de-saint-louis-modele-thistle-or

So I think the blue one is also Saint-Louis.

From Corning Museum of Glass, Cristalleries de Saint Louis, [n.d., 1900-1903] catalogue (quite a large download):

https://www.cmog.org/sites/default/files/collections/B6/B602FC7C-C08A-450C-81CF-5EB619C9688F.pdf

The top glass looks like the Roemer from the St Louis Schiller set but with a different design on the bowl. Page 17 of the catalogue (page 45 of the download).

The bottom blue glass looks like the Roemer from the  St Louis Rochambeau set but with a different design on the bowl. Page 11 of catalogue (page 33 of the download).
