Large Bowl ID Help

I have a large bowl with what i would call white lace design. About 12" diameter. Any ideas on maker or age?

additional information:
  • no seams
  • striations observed in good light
  • foot is applied
  • glows green under "black" light
  • no marks

    • my guess is that the bowl is a studio item as opposed to being a mass produced item.

    Reminds me of a Royal Brierley Studio decor to be honest.
