Large moulded blue vase..French ?

Hi ,this vase has 3 seams and and a fruit ,,berry , flower motif in high relief.There are a few similar on line being given as French 1930,s ?,there is a lot of wear .Any thoughts ,thanks …it’s a bit over 12” in height .

I think it may have been produced to hold something ??,it’s got that sort of feel about it …posh bottle factory ?
