This is a heavy piece of crystal glass i think maybe for a desk to store your pens
possibly on it, The base has an unusual mark quite a large one it might be a company
logo i guess rather than a makers mark either way its quite nice and worth showing.
I have no clues with a maker as yet if anybody has any information regarding them
would be interesting thanks.

Probably a promo piece for sales, or an award of some sort, produced for Skoda to give to their distributors.
