Riihimaen style vase, but who made it? - ID = Ingridglas, Germany

Hi All,
I have this vase that looks incredibly like a Safari vase, without the  pattern and with a longer upper section:

It is 33cm in height. I have found an identical one which is labelled here  but I cannot make out what the label says. I have emailed the seller, but he will not reply with any information.
I would be really grateful to hear your thoughts on this one, or does someone recognise the label?
