Pale Amber Vase.

It doesn't glow but I bought it because of the unusual colour, and the design. It is 8.5" tall has convolvulus flowers and leaves around the foot, alternate diamond and leaf panels and scallop shell rim. The colour is a pale amber, verging on orange, the shape is very late Victorian and it has a lot of wear on the foot. It is reminiscent of a Davidson one shown on page 69 of Colin Lattimore's Press Moulded Glass, so they might be a possibility.
