Glass clear/green
« on: July 21, 2023, 06:36:56 PM »
Recently I bought this glass in Finland. I guess it could be uranium glass and be from Verrerie Doyen Belgium, but cannot find the exact glass on internet. Height 9.8 cm and diameter 5.5 cm. Any suggestions? Thanks!

It's very generic and  could be from almost anywhere. I don't think it's uranium glass though

Have you checked Leerdam and Maastricht?  They made similar shapes and I think Leerdam used the green?  The stem is quite distinctive so you may one day find a match.

Most likely one of the many many glasses by Nuutajärvi, definitely not from Leerdam or Maastricht.

Thanks Ivo :)
Although I've just had a nice look through the National collection website again.  Always good to refresh.
