Hi! Pardon my ignorance if this is obvious to some but I just picked up a piece that looks like a bowl but part turns into a handle that curves down a little. Most of it is purple, but as it moves to the base it is a bright blue (see picture). Thanks!

You'll need to post more photos for an id. Try to take one of the whole piece against a white background so we can properly see the form. Also a shot of the base.
I'm leaning towards Czech, but we'd need to see the whole thing.
