Topic: Molineaux & Webb 732? or Henry Greener Goblet?

These would appear to be M&W 732 goblets shown here:

Height is 7", weights 523 and 531gms.

This was the sort of pattern everyone did, so unfortunately being sure on a maker is not viable.. though of course a density test can narrow the field slightly.

The stem on yours, Nev,  looks different to the drawing of 732, it’s hard to see from the angle of the photo. The knop on the drawing looks more blended into the stem whereas the top part of your stem looks parallel with a more sharp transition into the knop.

 Neil, I wasn't sure of the attribution, hence the question mark, I make the density around 2.4. Ekimp, yes it doesn't exactly match the drawing, but I don't know if they were always entirely accurate.

I've just found this mark, it's on the side at the bottom and difficult to make out the full mark but I think Davidson 1880-90.

Having looked at the image in Colin R. Lattimore's press moulded glass book and looking at my mark from all possible angles I now believe it to actually be the 1st. Greener mark from 1875-85. It's deceptive because it looks nothing like the illustrations of the registered trade mark.
