I saw this wonderful device today and wondered what sort of person made this and the parties they had.

Not sure the designer thought this one through, all very well filling the one glass but when you rotate the ships wheel for the next glass the first will start emptying...

Great marriage though, bordering on the genius of Heath Robinson.
