Can anyone help id this smoke green carafe?

Hi. Hope someone can help. I found this smoke green carafe in Scotland on a recent visit but so far have not been able to id it (maker or date). It measures 26 cm tall x approx 11 cm in diameter at the widest part (across the 'belly') and weighs just over 1500 gms. Ground out polished pontil and decorative frosted pattern around the rim. Any help / pointers much appreciated.
