Hi and welcome to the board :)

That's a really pretty piece.  It looks as though it's coral in the ocean.  Lovely decor and shape.

The middle photograph seems to show a signature of Eny or Ery and the numbers 1002.  I can't help with maker but someone might recognise the signature and the glass.  It can take a while for others to cycle onto the forum.
