Unidentified satin glass bowl

Hello!

I have recently acquired this bowl, but have not been able to find any information on it. There is an obvious pontil mark on the bottom, and the darker "waves" are raised on the outside. There are no marks indicating the maker, as far as I can find. Any help would be appreciated.
