The mark is upside down in your photo, it's actually the lion with a crown for Royal Doulton. Go to the R section here and scroll down. Apparently some of their glass is made in the Czech Republic.

Little trust should be placed in the majority of sales you find, a sellers motive is a profitable sale, accuracy is way down the list and can be counter productive to greed.

The decanter you highlight has a makers label clearly visible in the sellers photographs, it is Polish and made by Zawiercie, Bohemian is somewhat of a stretch.

Continuing on the theme of accuracy, it looks this one might be moulded rather than cut, or it has been very heavily polished. Looking on Royal Doulton’s website, it doesn’t actually say their current decanters are cut whereas it mentions cutting on some of the other items, such as wine glasses. Decanter set: https://www.royaldoulton.com/en-gb/gifts/featured/popular/seasons-decanter-set-decanter-and-6-tumbler-glasses-cidese25424#product-reviews

Also, were these newer designs made in the U.K.? The FAQ section of the current website says “Our Design Team are all based in Royal Doulton HQ in Barlaston, Stoke-on-Trent, England. Like many luxury brands, we work with the best partners across the world whose skills and quality standards are as high as ours”.

If you search Czech made Royal Doulton glass there are various labelled pieces.

Interesting. Searching for labelled Royal Doulton decanters finds this one, same as the op’s:

Label is Royal Albert, Slovakia. Description says that’s the Royal Albert collection.

it is Polish and made by Zawiercie
It is of course possible, maybe quite likely by the look of it, that all three decanters were made by the one manufacturer. Although I assumed made by Zawiercie it might also be a brand rather than a maker, much like Doulton in that sense.

It looks like the brands Royal Doulton and Royal Albert are owned by WWRD holdings Ltd (WWRD = Waterford Crystal, Wedgwood, and Royal Doulton). They are in turn owned by Fiskars Corporation.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_Doulton

From WWRD website “Royal Doulton is no longer a family business. But it has a 'family' of English brands, having merged with Minton in 1968, and gaining Royal Albert from the merger with AEP in 1971. And, in 2005, these historic names became part of the Waterford Wedgwood group.”
