Purple Lampworked Flower Paperweight - ID request

Hi there,

I have come across this purple hued Paperweight with a lampworked flower in the centre and a central bubble with a a green speckled ground.   The base shows a good amount of wear but there are no marks or etc.  It resembles some caithness weights but is much cruder.  It is  3" high x 3" diameter so a good size.

Any help would be much appreciated - I am stumped with this one !
