Hi,
Could you please show a pic of the whole item, a pic of the base and one of the rim, please?
It is often easier to recognise an artist's work than the scratches on the bottom.
If somebody thinks they know who made it, it is then much easier to see if the signature can be matched.

I think Gozo could be correct.
The right sort of style and I've just looked at the marks on the base of a small Gozo cylinder, given the normal variation in writing, it could well read Gozo Glass.
I think it is similar enough.
My only slight reservation is that Gozo is normally very thick and this vase looks a bit more finely blown than usual.
