Help with my crystal bear, Please

 ??? I need your assistance to identify this highly polished crystal bear folks !
I believe it to be possibly Scandinavian, c1970/90. He/She is 8 cm tall, 6 cm wide.
In very good condition, slight scratching to base indicative of age, but no other signs of damage.
An unknown signature, possibly ‘a lars’ is engraved under the right paw.
