Heavy Lead Crystal Cut Glass Pedestal Fruit Bowl???

This is a recent Sue Ryder find it was black covered in dirt but could not leave it as it was £3.50 it has a small
inner rim chip but other than in good condition. The reason i have listed it is because i have not seen another
similar to it. The bowl is near to 4 kg in weight and has thick deep cutting all over it and an attached pedestal
foot with a star type cutting on the base similar to some S&w base cuttings.
