Good find.

The sandblasted (the one in the link is not acid etched) Royal Brierley England mark is 1945-50

Being pedantic, I think the mark in the eBay link has actually been made by acid etching using a stamp. If it had been made by sand blasting they would have used a stencil, there would be bridges connecting the islands in the centre of letters like the O to the outside.

It's a very coarse finish for acid etching...
