Help identifying signature on crystal rose bowl/votive

Hello!

Here is a cut 3.5" crystal rose bowl/votive I recently acquired. It is signed near the bottom (not on the base, but just above the pedestal part); however, it is not a signature I recognize. I believe the last half could be a date (2017), but that is all I can guess. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. :)
