Hello - long time reader, first time poster!

I'm looking for help identifying this studio glass piece, it was apparently bought at an art fair in NYC in 1989. It is 16" tall. That is all the information I have on it.

A google image search turned up work by Ingrid Rackova, and while it very much resembles her work - I was able to get in touch with her and she confirmed that it wasn't hers.

Any insight, suggestions or best guesses are appreciated!
