Hi Christine
I might try to contact them, but if it does go back to the 1980s it could be a long shot. Still I suppose it can't hurt to try.
Thanks for the suggestion
Cheers
Keith

An alternative place to contact might be the Guild of Glass Engravers?
The theme is one used on a lot of Caithness glass, they did have a lot of very good engravers working for them, although I do not think they were exclusive. The engravers could engrave elsewhere and in their own time, and many did when Caithness was not producing so much. I have visited the Caithness visitor centre in Crieff for years, and have even bought an engraved bit by a former engraver, now working on her own. A little cream jug showing a bumblebee bumping into a dandelion seedhead.

Patrick's pieces are usually signed, even at Cumbria Crystal, but some may have been missed I suppose.  It is good enough to be his work though and I have a photo of a piece he did with a different engraving on the same shaped body here https://www.yobunny.org.uk/glassgallery/displayimage.php?pos=-26388.
