Taiwan bottle vase

Anyone recognise this green bottle vase. It has a label on the base which I've tried to photo that reads "handmade in Taiwan for habitat ". I've no reason to doubt this is an original label. I'm wondering who the maker was and when these were sold in the store?
I'm unsure if the blue glass ball is actually original or someone has just added it .
The bottle is around 26 cm tall minus the ball.
Any help appreciated
