Old Antique Glass Unusual One Help With Dating It Please???

Bought a nice lot of glass recently at auction which had a few interesting ones in it, The glass in the pictures
is in my eyes of antique age but not to sure how old as it has some unusual parts to it. The base of the bowl
has been crimped i have not come across that before?? The base of the glass has a ring of wear and a snapped
pontil scar the glass measures 11.8 cm thanks for looking.
