Salzburger Cristallglas Hanging Wine Decanter on metal stand

I picked this up yesterday in a charity shop, as I thought it was such an unusual thing, and I'm not familiar with the label it carries, so it had to come home with me!  It's approx 16" tall (40cm) and the glass vessel stands in the metal frame. The needle point at the bottom of the glass vessel slides up inside so as to dispense liquid.

Apparently Salzburger Cristallglas in Austria was operational from c.1954 (source: Millers Glass fact file a-z, Ivo Haanstra). I have found similar items listed for sale online with suggested dates of c. 1970s, albeit with various different styles of stand, and some with apparently older design labels. Looking at the label on mine I thought it might date from around the 1980s. 

What I've not managed to find out is any more about Salzburger Cristallglas themselves. There are no other mentions of Salzburger anywhere on the Board, which is unusual. I did find an entry in German on a Wiki site, which Google translated as below:
