Hi Della - you have two interesting pieces there - both with a tint of mystery about them.
The first (vase or possible celery) is currently not traced to a maker. I have had the twin to your vase for a number of years, and I still have not been able to give it a firm attribution. I've seen a number of them - all sourced in either Belgium, the Netherlands or Denmark. They have a Brockwitz or Walther "look" to them - but so far I have not found the piece in any catalogue.
The second one is certainly like Rindskopf's Royal Diamonds - but I cannot be totally sure that it is theirs. The pattern has similarities with Eda's Svea, but lacks the thick out-turned lip. (BTW I would say it is a vase).
For both of these items, the best I could currently advise is to say that they are almost certainly European, but cannot currently be positively attributed to a maker.
Maybe - hopefully - someone reading this topic will have spotted them in a catalogue and can help us out. I'll also keep looking
