Thanks Flying Free for your point. I'm not familiar with this type of glass.

Although it looks sort of similar to the one in flying free’s link, I don’t think they are related. The one on the link appears to be acid etched, whereas fontanazul’s looks like it is sand blasted.

I think it’s is probably quite modern and more the sort of thing produced in large production runs. There are quite a few online if you do an image search, for example, here are two with a larger one in a different shape:
