Bulbous uranium glass juice decanter

Assumed when I bought this that it was some sort of decanter, it was caked in grime and completely gummed up, a thick liquid in the top section was probably shampoo. it appears to be a juice decanter, the lower chamber for water and the smaller top for the juice, lemon or lime would work or maybe a concentrate instead.

It reminded me of Kaj Franck's Kremlin Kellots and it is this Phillips auction description that points towards the intended use:

The shape looks very deco to my eye, roughly 24cm tall. The uranium glass has a slight blue tint, not a clue as to maker, expect it would be a tough item to identify.

gorgeous colour!  and a really interesting piece.  Is it ribbed or is that the photo?
Leerdam might be worth looking at? - That could be a red herring but might be worth just a quick search.

I had not noticed that, not ribbing but an image of my bay window, looks like it is acting as a lens as the four blocks on the left are the upside down view.

Funnily enough I did wonder about Leerdam as maker but did not find anything, got the impression colour was not typical. Will see if I can get a better photo.

No polished pontil mark?  Mold blown and cut at rim?

Yes both sections, quite thinly blown as well.
