I am sorry to tell you that your air twist glass is not old glass. The old air twist glass was made in the mid 1700 and there was no coloured glass made at that time. The foot of old glass is always very thick . If you look at your glass they are bright and perfect. In fact l saw a modern air twist glass the other day at the charity shop for 50p(made in Czecholovakia, engraved 1988).

Sorry to tell you the bad news.

jasindevon:
thanks for the reply ming ,any idea who the swans are by ?

Ming:
Hi Jasindevon

Sorry can't tell you anything about your swans.
You can always look at other people's glasses in GMB user gallery on the home page. Sometimes you can find your piece among them with description.

Ming:
Hi Jasindevon

I think l have found your swan in ebay. This is the description the seller used.
Webb Corbett - Beautiful lead crystal Swan - Hand made, hand cut. 7" high by 8" long. It has the Webb Corbett sticker on the inside. Rare piece in mint condition.

Look at ebay under glass section and type in (webb) page two.
