It does have a Victorian look to it, especially in terms of shape (the piecrust crimped rim in particular) & it's colour. That strawberry pink with a white lining was quite popular in late Victorian times (I still like it myself!).
As to maker, no idea I'm afraid! It's mould-blown cased glass of a type that was made in all the major glass-making regions of Europe, England, & U.S.A from the late 19th C. onwards. Fenton still make rather similar items today.
I do feel that this piece is Victorian, though. Perhaps someone may recognise the mould design?
