Peking snow glass and cameo

hello
I look for information about Peking cased snow glass, is this a sort of cameo glass? is this old glass or do they still make it in Peking? is it marked?
is there a possibility that I can find a cameo glass bird...is this a sort of white glass? difference with milkglass? or is this the technique of two colours glass and then one is cut off?
