Carnival Glass bowl and 12 teeny plates ID?
« on: November 29, 2006, 06:07:07 PM »
Hi all......Glen    :)

I have this bowl and 12 teeny weeny plates (3.5ā€¯ in diameter) and would love to know who made them, if possible. The pattern on the bowl is identical to that on the plate.

  Click to enlarge

I have put Dean's phone next to the plate to show just how tiny it is.

As always, thank you :)
If I know, I'll comment. If I think I know, I'll have a go. If I have no idea, I'll just keep quiet and learn from others, so the next time I'll know.

Wow Della - what a fascinating set of pieces. The pattern is reminiscent of Brockwitz' Moonprint, but the circles are not round enough, and the base design seems wrong.

Walther perhaps? Or another maker? Pamela .... any ideas?

I'll trawl through some catalogues and see what I can find, Della.

BTW - great discovery  :D
