Stuart, John Luxton ?
« on: January 24, 2020, 06:10:59 PM »
6 inch goblet, not mine  ::) marked Stuart England with the tiniest inscription I've ever seen, just 5mm by 5mm, can anyone figure out the names ? please don't ask me to take another photo, I took over 20 just to get this  ::) Similar goblets on page 294 of 20th Century British Glass.

nice Keith - I can't decipher much, but think the last part of the name reads Jones.             IIRC Luxton did design these - have a look at page 294 in Hajdamach's '20th Century British Glass  - if you haven't done so already.             Quite what RA stands for I've no idea.            Were you suggesting part of the inscription says John Luxton?
