question about sabino glass panels
« on: December 20, 2006, 11:06:51 PM »
We recently purchased a house with an internal glass panel skylight shown below. It is not original to the house which was built in the 50's by a local jeweller. I would appreciate any information that might help in its value or identification.

Each panel has SABINO PARIS moulded in each corner and is 24inches by 8 inches.
I cannot find anything similar on a google search
Thanks Janice

Hi Janice, the Glass Encyclopedia has a page about Sabino here: http://www.glassencyclopedia.com/Sabinoglass.html which gives some useful background info about the company.

Isn't that beautiful!  And so much nicer than the normal broken ice type frosted glass panels I seem to have found in any house I have bought  :(
Thank you very much!
