Ohhhhh thanks Chris, that's useful to know. Being sold through the NAAFI is interesting as well. (My mother was a NAAFI girl before she went into the WRAF.)  I'll see what I can find out about Saxony.

Anne:
We spotted a couple of these a few weeks ago in a charity shop - but instead of being green they were yellow. Not amber but definitely more yellow than that.
