Three unusual pieces - Polish - Paul Manners & lagre Slumped piece

It's been awhile since I have visited this board and I am hoping that I can get some help with these three pieces of glass.

The first one is a lovely Victorian Tankard, most likely of Polish Origin that reads : DEPARTMENT OF MINING GEODESY with the initials AGH which I think are from the University in Krakow.
I was wondering if anyone has any insight as to the maker?

Next is a piece that although is unsigned with a name, I am told that this is the signature of Paul Manners. I have only been able to find one other similar piece and I know that at least one of these vases were offered on eBay.  I am having problems descibing this piece and information on Paul Manners is sketchy at best. Does anyone know of any on'line resourse to get additional information? This is one of his earlier works, before he started doing his angular designs - I think the date is 1977.

And this third and final piece is huge! Like a console bowl and very thick. I don't even know where to begin with this one and no one I know, has any information they can share with it's possible origins. Have any of you seen anything like it?

Karen, the third piece is Blenko #633 bowl and dates to 1966. Terry

Hi,

The Polish piece is of relatively late manufacture, ie after WWII. Akademii Gorniczo-Hutnicza, is a stand-alone higher eductional institution (established 1912) and is separate from the Jagellonian University of Krakow. The Geology Faculty, of which the Mining Geodesy Department is a section, it would appear, only came into existence in 1951.

Identifying a maker means you are looking at probably.... Krosno, but there are several other Polish glass-works who could have made this item.

Thank you everyone. I am a bit more confused though about the rubena tankard. Are you basing the date on the information about the University, or from the aspects of the glass and it's construction?
The style of the script on the tankard, suggests to me that it may be much older than post WWII, however, I am no expert, and that is why I came here. The color varies from deep dark red to almost clear with a pink tint.  (Am I wrong in calling it rubena?) The writing is in silver that is applied to the glass and not etched into the glass. It measures 9 1/2 inches tall and flares out at the bottom. No Pontil scar. The glass is thick and looks like quality to me.
Not trying to question what you have said, just wanting to understand the glass better.
