I'm liking that a lot Ivo - I'm wondering how many conversations I can crow-bar the word 'embroille' into  ;D (sorry couldn't find the e accent on my symbols).

Easier to use the English embroil I would think.....but not so chic!!  ;D

embroil verb (embroiled, embroiling) 1 to involve in a dispute or argument. 2 to throw into a state of confusion. embroilment noun embroiling; uproar; commotion.
ETYMOLOGY: 17c: from French embrouiller to throw into confusion.

Anne E.B.:
"Embrouille"  I like it.  Kind of sums up my natural state of being ;D

Lordy!  I don't know what the neighbours will be thinking of me.  Spent absolutely ages stood in the front window with my head in the bowl looking for marks.  Nothing but minute air bubbles I'm afraid - and a lot of explaining to do ;)

Thanks everyone for your input.

dirk.:
and finally a name for this pattern:
Barocco

(and for those who read the description, please don´t ask me, what a ´Bomonnierre´ is  ;D)

Anne:
A lidded bowl to keep your Bomons in of course. ;)

Great finding a boxed one, Dirk, thank you! :kissy: Another mystery solved!
