Topic: frothy blue vase

This is a great piece, light as a feather, with a mass of oval frothy bubbles that slide round the vase, you can see the way they move round the shape of the vase in the pic of the neck. Hollow to base, with the remnants of a scar, the top lip is bevelled and fire polished.

Approx 11 ins 270 mm  tall - does it mean anything to anyone?

As you can see my last haul was extremely varied... and extensive.  Shout when you have had enough... :lol:  :lol:

Hmm, very similar to one I have in aquamarine, with very faint brown swirls. Mine is smaller at about 8" (20cm) and features two distinct grooves on the neck. I have pondered over this one for years without posting :roll:

Sorry Anne, it seems to be gone forever - problems with my computer meant I had to ditch all pics pre 2010 This thread is worthless now, can I suggest we ditch it?
