Confirmation please, decanter Toso?

I went to an auction over the weekend and managed to get this. Well actually I decided not to go home without it. I have looked in my books and it appears to be Fratelli Toso. It is 18 inches tall with the blue and silver KB lable on the bottom. Would love a confirmation. Terry
