Title: Chinese bubbles and fountain? cobalt blue base. ID = Chinese

I am presuming this is a Chinese modern paperweight, has a cobalt blue base, bubbles and a white fountain? style surrounding the centre bubble. Flat base.

2 1/2" height
2 1/2" diameter approximately

Any help in confirming this and approximate date would be helpful in cataloguing this weight in my small (but hopefully, growing) collection, thanks in advance.

I would say Chinese too. Last week?
