It says quite clearly China in the listing, as to age the picture is a little out of focus. More learned pwght people will come along and give an opinion as to age. regards Carol

I bought a weight very like it in the late 1980s. It was a brand new piece from a little gift shop. My guess is that the weight pictured is a similar age, not 1930s.

Absolutely, 100% Chinese - often attributed to the 1930s, but I am not sure we should be so accurate on date!
