Title: Small round red bowl/ashtraty with prunts, help to i.d please

This small bowl/ashtray is red glass encased in clear glass, the prunts are clear, but from most views appear red also. Sits on ground and polished base with smooth pontil, any ideas as to maker please. Size approx 8cm tall and 10cm widest on 3.5cm base, weight is 0.580kg. Any ideas and thanks for looking  :hiclp:

I have just bought one of these too, did anyone ever have any ideas on the maker please?
